【摘要】 目的研究卵巢上皮性肿瘤中pRb、cyclinD1 的表达 ,探讨它们在卵巢肿瘤发生、发展中的作用并分析其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S -P法检测pRb、cyclinD1 在 2 0例良性、9例交界性、31例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达情况 ,分析其与临床病理指标的联系。结果pRb的阳性表达率分别为 :良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤 80 % (1 8/ 2 0 ) ;交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤 6 6 6 7% (6 / 9) ;原发性卵巢上皮性癌5 8 0 6 % (1 8/ 31 )。各组间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。恶性肿瘤组内pRb的表达与不同临床分期及淋巴结转移显著相关 (P <0 0 5 )。cyclinD1 在良性、交界性、恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达率分别为1 5 % (3/ 2 0 ) ,5 5 5 6 % (5 / 9) ,5 4 .84 % (1 6 / 31 )。良、恶性肿瘤间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中cyclinD1 表达与不同临床期别、不同病理分级及有无腹水 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。临床分期越高 ,病理分级越低 ,cyclinD1 阳性表达率越高。结论pRb在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中的失表达 ,可作为估计卵巢肿瘤恶性程度和预后的指标之一 ,cyclinD1 的表达有利于卵巢肿瘤性质的鉴别 ,在卵巢癌发生的分子机制中起作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of pRb and cyclinD1 and analyze their clinical significance in epithelial ovarian tumors. Methods The expression of Rb and cyclin D1 protein in 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor, 9cases of borderline ovarian tumor and 31 cases of epithelial ovarian tumor, 9 cases of borderline ovarian tumor and 31 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma was analyzed by immunohistochemistry technique. Results The expression of pRb was positive in 18/20(80%) benign ovarian tumors, 6/9 (66.67%) borderline trmors and 18/31(58.06%) primary ovarian epithelial malignant tumors. There was no obvious difference in the expression of pRb among the three groups ( P >0.05). In the malignant tumor group, the negative expression of pRb was closely correlated with different clinical phases and lymphode metastasis ( P <0.05). The positive expressions of cyclinD1 in benign borderline and ovarian epithelial malignant tumors were 3/20 (15%), 5/9 (55.56%), 16/31 (54.84%), respectively. There was significant differences among the three groups ( P <0.05). The expression of cyclinD1 was associated with different clinical phases, pathological grade and peritoneal fluid. Conclusion The expression of pRb and cyclinD1 in epithelial ovarian tumors is helpful for assessing the malignant degree and prognosis. They play an important role in taking place of ovarian cancer.更多还原
