【Abstract】 Statistic approaches and power spectrum modeling are adopted to restore the images degraded by random medium. Atmospheric optical transfer function(OTF) based on statistic model is discussed first. And power spectrum Wiener filtering is used to proceed the restoration on the assumption that the power spectrum is equivalent. Finally, the local statistic algorithm is used to filter multiplicative noise. Both of these two methods can get satisfactory restoration results.更多还原
