【摘要】 运用专家访谈法、文献资料法、对比分析法、实证分析法等 ,从NBA职业联赛的管理机制、经营机制、法律与法规机制、激励与制约机制入手 ,对NBA运行机制的现状、发展、内涵等方面进行了调查和分析 ,阐述了NBA运行机制的成功经验对CBA篮球俱乐部进一步进行职业化改革的启示 ,并依据我国社会经济转型和体育体制的改革为背景 ,为CBA朝着科学、规范化发展提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 By methods of expert-interviewing,documentation,contrastive analysis and empirical analysis,based on management mechanism,operation mechanism,law and regulation mechanism,encouragement and restraint mechanism of NBA professional league matches,the present situation,development and connotation of NBA running mechanism were researched and analyzed,the inspiration brought by successful experience of NBA running mechanism on CBA’ professionalism reform was expanded.On the background of China’ social economy transition and reform of sport’ mechanism,this paper could provide reference for CBA’ scientific and standard development.更多还原
