【摘要】 采用文献分析、调查研究的方法 ,对 2 0 0 1年度中国足球协会组织的各级全国女子足球比赛的参赛队伍进行了问卷调查和座谈访问 ,主要研究结果 :对中国女子后备力量运动员队伍和教练员队伍的规模、年龄结构、运动水平、知识结构和培训情况进行了系统分析 ,从当前世界女子足球运动的发展情况对中国女子足球后备人才培养提出了新的要求 ,全面掌握了中国女子足球后备人才的现状和存在问题 ,最后提出了发展中国青少年女子足球运动的具体措施与中国女子足球后备人才培养方面的基本对策。更多还原
