【摘要】 为了研究大孔吸附树脂PDH-600对多穗柯总黄酮的吸附性能及原液浓度、pH值、流速、洗脱剂的种类对树脂吸附性能的影响,采用分光光度法测定多穗柯中总黄酮的含量。测定得PDH-600树脂对多穗柯总黄酮的适宜吸附条件为原液浓度为1.650mg/ml,PH值为5、流速为2BV/h洗脱剂用45%乙醇时,解吸效果较好,PDH-600树脂可用作多穗柯总黄酮的精制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the absorption function of macropore resin PDH-600 for the purification of total flavones in Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd, and the effects of concentration, pH, flow rate of the adsorbate and eluant。UV spectra Photometry was used to analyze the content of total flavones in Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd. The appropriate absorption conditions were:concentration of Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd extract 1.650mg/ml;PH=5;flow rate 2BV/h.when 45% alcohol was used as eluant.the effect of desorption was satisfactory。PDH-600 resin can be used to refine the total flavones in Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd .更多还原
