【摘要】 本文对我国强制性农业行业标准(NY/T468-2001)“动物组织中盐酸克伦特罗的测定气相色谱-质谱法”的检测方法的样品预处理进行适当调整,然后再按标准方法对预处理过的样品进行乙酸铵抽提,净化、衍生,用GC-MS气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析定量。结果发现此方法不影响检测结果,而且可大大缩短检测时间。更多还原
