用虾加工废料生产壳聚糖的新工艺
Study of Chitosan Production Using “One Step Method” Deprotein and Deacetylating Aifang
【摘要】 经“一步法”对酸脱钙后的虾壳同时进行脱蛋白与脱乙酰基处理生产的壳聚糖产品,蛋白含量约为8.99,脱乙酰基效果略微差于“两步法”。
【Abstract】 After decalcium of prawn shells, deprotein and deacetylation were done at the same time using 憃ne step method? The N content of chitosan made in this way is about 8.99. The deacetylation degree is appreciably lower than made from 搕wo step methods?
