调配型菠萝、草莓双色酸奶的研制
The Preparation of Two-colored Strawberry and Pineapple Yoghurt
【摘要】 以全脂奶粉、菠萝、草莓等为主要原料,来开发一种调配型凝固双色酸奶,并确定了其配方及工艺。
【Abstract】 A kind of two-colored nonfermented-set-style-yohurt is Developed in this article, its main materials are Whole milk, Strawberry and Pineapple, its recipe and technical conditions is introduced , too.
