【摘要】 建立石油醚去脂-80%乙醇去杂-热水提取-乙醇沉淀-Sevage法去蛋白质-活性碳去色素的提取工艺,从爬山虎果、茎、根中提取并纯化多糖,用系列真菌和细菌做抑菌试验,结果该多糖对真菌和细菌有一定的抑制作用,但对酵母不产生抑制作用,且抑制作用随多糖浓度增大抑制效果有增强的特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With technique of ridding fat from petroleum ether-ridding impurity from 80% ethanol-extracting with hot water-precipitating by ethanol-ridding protein by chloroform-ridding pigment from active carbon,polysaccharide is extracted and purified from fruit ,stem and root of Parthenocissus Tricuspidata Plach. The experiment of bacteriostasis is held with series fungus and bacterium .It shows that polysaccharide has some bacteriostasis to fungus and bacterium, but has no bacteriostasis to yeast ,and that the bacteriostasis is strengthened with the increase of polysaccharide concentration.更多还原
