【Abstract】 Teachers are important for education. Thus, their living quality has much to do with educational quality and talent cultivation. Through a survey, the paper shows the features of living quality of the teachers in Shibing County, and analyzes the main factors that influence their work performance and educational quality, such as incomes, housing and work environment.
