【Abstract】 It is the basic requirement of court trial for criminal investigators to have court awareness. To have court awareness is also required by the rule of burden of proof by the prosecutor. Since the public trial rule has a check on the legality of criminal investigation, it is highly demanded for criminal investigators to have court awareness. Court awareness also can be used to prevent the suspect and defendant from withdrawing his confession.更多还原
