胶乳接枝插层法制备天然橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的研究

【摘要】 采用胶乳接枝插层法,引入单体,制备了天然橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料。XRD如和TEM结果表明,在单体M的作用下,改性蒙脱土片层被进一步撑大,并在橡胶基体中以纳米级分散DMA测定结果显示,该体系的玻璃化温度有所提高且60℃时具有较低的tanδ值,说明具有较小的滚动阻力;物理机械性能测试表明该方法有效地实现了对天然橡胶的补强。

【Abstract】 NR/modified montmorillonite (USM) nanocomposites were prepared by the grafting and intercalating method in latex with monomer M. XRD and TEM indicated that the galleries of USM were obviously enlarged by the effect of polymerization in situ of M between the layers, and the layers of USM were dispersed in rubber matrix on a nanometers scale, which illuminated the ntercalated nanocomposites had been formed. The analyses of DMA showed that Tg of NR/USM/M nanocomposites had been enhanced and tg S values of vul-canizates at 60 ℃ had been decreased, meaning a good rolling resistance. NR/USM/M nanocomposites also had better mechanical properties.
