扁竹根挥发油组分的测定

【摘要】 用同时蒸馏萃取法制备、色谱-质谱联用仪分析了扁竹根挥发油化学成分及百分含量。共鉴定出16种组分,其中挥发性有机酸含量占挥发油总量的97.22%,肉豆蔻酸高达70 93%,其余依次为辛酸10.25%,癸酸6.18%,月桂酸4.08%,棕榈酸3.07%。

【Abstract】 Iris jiaponica Thunb’s Rhizome, or Bianzhugeng in traditional Chinese medicine, is prepared through simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction (SDE), then the qualitative and quantitative determination of its chemical components is carried out by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry-computer. About 20 compounds are separated from the extraction, among them 16 compounds have been identified, which account for 99.02% of total volatile oils, 70.93% of tetradecanoic acid, 10.25% of octanoic acid, 4.08% of dodecanoic acid and 3.07% of hexadecanoic acid. 
