【Abstract】 Iris jiaponica Thunb’s Rhizome, or Bianzhugeng in traditional Chinese medicine, is prepared through simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction (SDE), then the qualitative and quantitative determination of its chemical components is carried out by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry-computer. About 20 compounds are separated from the extraction, among them 16 compounds have been identified, which account for 99.02% of total volatile oils, 70.93% of tetradecanoic acid, 10.25% of octanoic acid, 4.08% of dodecanoic acid and 3.07% of hexadecanoic acid. 更多还原
