解决火电厂SO2污染治理技术的探讨——白云石湿法烟气脱硫技术

【摘要】 贵州在今后十年每年向广东等地送电1000×104kW,将新建一批大中型火电厂,应实现能源开发与环境保护双赢。针对我省煤炭含硫量高,并有丰富的白云岩资源,可采用白云石湿法烟气脱硫工艺。该技术与现有的石灰石-石膏法湿法烟气脱硫工艺相比较,具有吸收率高、不结垢、系统简化、占地较小、设备投资省、运行费用较低、副产品利用价值大等优点,对我国火电厂烟气湿法脱硫具有重要参考价值。

【Abstract】 Guizhou Province plans to deliver 1000×104 kW of electricity to Guangdong and other provinces annually in the next ten years. For this reason, some large- and medium-sized thermal power plants will be built and a great quantity of sulfur dioxide will be emitted. It will be a bilateral-win strategy if we protect environment well while develop the energy industry. Owing to elevated sulfur content of the coal in Guizhou Province, high desulfurization efficiency is required. It is suggested that dolomite, which is abundant in Guizhou Province, should be used as desulfurization reactant in wet desulfurization technology. This technology, causing no scale formation and characterized by higher absorption efficiency, less complicated system, less land occupied, less investment, less operation cost, and higher value in by-product use, is much better than the present wet desulfurization of lime-gypsum technology, and it has an important reference value for smoke wet desulfurization of thermal power plant in China.
