热处理对铜合金电接触材料显微组织和硬度的影响
Effects of Heat Treatment Process on Microstructure and Hardness of Copper Alloy Electric Contact Material
【摘要】 对研制的一种铜基电接触材料(Cu-Ni-X)的热处理工艺进行了试验研究,讨论了固溶和时效处理对此材料显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,铜合金电接触材料在1160℃×8h固溶处理,可获得单相固溶体,硬度降低,加工性能提高;再经500℃×4h时效处理,有新相析出,硬度上升,使材料的强度和耐磨性均得到提高,可满足其使用要求。
【Abstract】 A new kind of copper alloy (Cu-Ni-X) for electric contact material is developed and effects of heat treatment on its microstructure and hardness are discussed. The results show that under solution heat treatment at 1160?℃×8?h, the mono-phase Cu-Ni solid solution is obtained, the hardness of the copper alloy is decreased and its formational process enhanced. Then, under the ageing heat treatment at 500?℃×4?h,the hardness rises owing to new phases dispersed, which leads to the increase in both strength and wear resistance of the alloy, able to meet the service demands.
