【摘要】 目的 报告少见的髌骨肿瘤的临床表现和治疗方法。方法 对8例髌骨肿瘤患者进行手术治疗及随访,其中3例行髌骨切除术,5例行切刮植骨术。结果 术后随访1～5年,无局部肿瘤复发,膝关节活动正常。结论 由于髌骨肿瘤极少见而易误诊,早期X线检查非常重要。良性肿瘤若软骨下骨量较多可行切刮植骨术,否则行髌骨切除术。髌骨恶性肿瘤行髌骨切除术,侵及范围较广者可考虑截肢术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the clinical manifestations and treatments of the rare patellar tumors. MethodEight patients with patellar tumors were treated in our hospital and followed up 1-5 years. Three cases underwent pa-tellectomy and five cases underwent curettage and autologous bone grafting. Result The complete healing of the lesionwithout evidence of local recurrence was seen postoperatively in all cases during follow - up, all cases regained full rangeof motion of knee without pain. Conclusion Tumors of the patella are rare, but they are very easy to make misdiagnosis. It is very important to have an X-ray check in the early stage of tumors. Curettage and bone grafting only shouldbe considered for patients with benign lesions that have adequate residual bone at the articular surface, otherwise a patel-lectomy is indicated. Patellectomy is indicated for patients with malignant tumors. Amputation is necessary when there isa large soft tissue mass.更多还原
