【Abstract】 Construction of discipline teams is central to the development of disciplines and the base of the improvement of teaching quality. To suit to the characteristics of its disciplines, a school of a university should target at standardizing academics’ behavior, establishing a proper order and environment, increasing efficiency, and making the best of the staff’s potential.
