【Abstract】 Since the idea of "the learning society" was founded, the theory of "the study_oriented enterprise" has aroused general concern. The construction of study_oriented enterprise is urged to our country because we are experiencing a shift of economic system and enterprise reform in an era of knowledge_based economy.
