【Abstract】 A computer measure and control program ofen needs to read or write I/O port and should enable the operator to intervene in itself, but it is not easy for one that is based Windows to implement these funtions. To solve the problem, a method by which the device driver technology and the mulitthread technique are used to design a computer measure&control program is discussed.
