【Abstract】 It was the first time that in the Law of Contract of People’s Republic of China, 1999, the institution of apparent representation was explicitly enacted. Now this essay focuses on the analysis among the institutions of apparent representation in the two genealogies of law and in China. According to the combination of the views in Jurisprudential circle, the key elements of the institution of apparent representation are dissected and argument Ted. The author also probes into the relevant problems which merits attention in practice and looks forward to perfecting the current institution of civil agency.更多还原
