【摘要】 我国政府在农业竞争中应扮演制定、协调和监督的角色 ,为我国农业竞争力的持续提高创造良好的外部环境 ,尤其是社会整体制度环境。但目前我国的农业竞争政府秩序比较混乱 ,表现为政府的农业规则不一 ,政府具体农业行为矛盾。这导致了我国农业的一系列问题。因此 ,各级政府应当以入世为契机建立健全标准的农业政府竞争秩序。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese government should play the role of policy maker, coordinator and sup ervisor in agricultural competition, and create a good external environment, esp ecially an overall social institutional environment, for the continuous improvem ent of China’s agricultural competitiveness. At present, however, the governmen tal order in agricultural competition is in a state of chaos, reflected in incon sistent agricultural rules and conflicting specific agricultural behavior among governments. This gives rise to a series of problems in China’s agriculture. Th erefore, governments at all levels should take advantage of China’s accession t o WTO to establish and perfect a standardized governmental order in agricultural competition.更多还原
