【Abstract】 At the turn of the century, the political parties in power in different countries experience severe tests under the complicated and changing situation at home and abroad. The Chinese Communist Party has overcome various kinds of difficulties and mitigated the hardships. It is clear that to enhance the relationship between the Party and the people is the crucial factor in strengthening the Party’s leading position.
