高原地区脂肪肝CT表型与海拔高度的关系

【摘要】 目的:探讨高原地区不同的海拔高度与脂肪肝CT表现分型的关系;方法:64例脂肪肝均经CT扫描证实,其中26例有在高海拔(海拔4 600m)地区工作3年以上,其余38例均生活或工作在海拔3 500m的高原地区(西藏昌都地区平均海拔高度3 500m);结果:高海拔(4 600m)工作的26例脂肪肝CT表现分型:弥漫型19例,节段型1例,局灶型6例,其余38例高原地区(3 500m)的脂肪肝CT表现分型:弥漫型25例,节段型13例;结论:高原地区海拔高度不同,缺氧的严重程度不同,高原病的发生率也存在明显的差别。高海拔(4 600m)地区病例中脂肪肝CT表现分型弥漫型(73%)高于稍低海拔(3 500m)地区病例(稍低海拔65%),而高海拔地区病例中脂肪肝的例数明显多于稍低海拔地区,随海拔高度的不同脂肪肝CT表现分型与程度存在差异,这与高原地区不同海拔高度缺氧情况有关。高海拔地区缺氧、饮酒与肥胖除促使形成脂肪肝外,更重要的是加重脂肪肝的病情程度。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the sea level and the pattern of CT findings of steatohepatis in highland. Methods:26 cases with working history in high altitude (4 600m) for ovar 3 years and 38 cases who lived in highland area(3 500m sea level) whose steatohepatis were found in CT Sean. Results:The patterns of CT findings of steatohepatis of 26 cases in highland area were divided into three groups that were diffused (19 cases) ,sectional (1 case)regional(6 cases).The patterns of CT findings of steatohepatis of 38 cases in highland area were divided into two groups that were diffused (25 cases), sectional (13 cases). Conclusion: The number of severe steatohepatis in high altitude is much more large than that in low sea level. The difference of sea level(degree of anoxia)is relevant to the pattern of CT findings in steatohepatis. The sea level (anoxia), drinking history and fatness can provoke the formation of steatohepatis;what’s more aggravate steatohepatis.
