【摘要】 目的 :探讨血栓调节蛋白 (TM)测定对糖尿病 (DM)血管并发症的预测、监测价值。方法 :对 2型DM组 (分无血管并发症组、微血管并发症组、大血管并发症组 )及正常对照组进行血浆TM测定。结果 :TM在观察组与对照组比较明显增高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :TM可作为预测及监测糖尿病 (DM)血管病变的有效指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study value of plasma thrombomodulin level in the prediction and monitoring of diabetic vascular complications.Methods:plasma TM of 121 diabetic patients(type 2)and 40 normal persons was detected.121 patients were divided into 3 groups,group A(without DM vascular complications),group B(with DM microvascular complications),group C(with large vascular complications).Result:TM of 121 patients was higher than that of normal group(P<0 05) TM of both group B and C were higher than that of group A(P<0 05).Conclusion:TM can be used as a reliable indicator of prediction and monitor of DM vascular complications.更多还原
