海尔福口服液对镉中毒小鼠肾脏保护作用的研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究海尔福对镉中毒小鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法 :以昆明种小鼠作为研究对象 ,染毒 3d建立急性镉中毒模型 ,随后经口给予海尔福口服液。收集 2 4h尿液 ,测定尿N 乙酰 β D 氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG酶 )活性及尿镉的含量 ;测定小鼠血清尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (Cr)的含量 ,过氧化物氢酶 (CAT)的活性 ;同时在普通光学显微镜下观察肾组织的形态变化 ;测定并分析肾组织上清液中脂质过氧化代谢产物 丙二醛 (MDA)水平 ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷光苷肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)的活性。结果 :海尔福可明显降低小鼠血清BUN、Cr的含量 ,CAT的活性有一定程度的升高 ,肾组织中MDA含量降低 ,SOD、GSH Px活力也有一定程度的恢复 ,尿中NAG酶活性降低 ,光镜下 ,肾组织形态病变减轻。结论 :海尔福口服液对镉中毒小鼠肾脏损伤具有一定的修复保护作用

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protective effect of Haierfu on kidney in mice with cadmium poisoning.Methods:Kunming mice were used to establish the cadmium poisoning models,then treated with Haierfu liquid.Then the activities of NAG and Cd concentration in urine,content of urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr) in serum,and the activities of catalase(CAT) were determined and the ultrastructure of kidney were studied under lighting microscope;the content of malony diadehyde(MDA),the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px) in kidney were determined.Results:Content of BUN and Cr in serum decreased in the experiment group compared with the control.Activities of CAT increased.The content of MDA in kidney decreased and the activities of SOD,GSH Px in the kedney increased and the activites of NAG in urine decreased.It could be seen under lighting microscopoe that the main damage induced by cadmium has been repaired after treating with Haierfu liquid.Conclusion:Haierfu liquid may have the role of protective effect to kedney of cadmium poisoning mice.
