【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声图像特征在乳腺肿块定性诊断中的作用。方法 :回顾性分析和比较了 186例乳腺肿块的超声图像特征和手术病理检查。使用仪器为惠普尖端影像和 GE5 0 0超声诊断仪 ,探头频率为 7.5 MHz。结果 :186例乳腺肿块 ,超声检出184例 ,检出率为 98.9% ,最小肿块为 5 .6 mm× 4 .4 mm× 4 .0 mm。超声与病理总符合率为 92 .5 % (172 / 186例 ) ,乳腺癌的符合率为 91.3% (12 4 / 135例 )。结论 :熟悉各种乳腺肿块的声像特征 ,特别是对肿块边缘及内部回声的观察 ,是提高超声对乳腺良恶性肿块鉴别的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of the ultrasonographic features in qualitative diagnosis of breast lumps Methods:The ultrasonographic features of 186 cases with breast lumps were analyzed and compared retrospectively with the results of operation and pathology Results:184 of 186 cases with breast lumps(98 9%) were detected by ultrasound HP MAGE POINT and GE500 with 7 5MHz.The size of the smallest lump was 5 6mm×4 4mm×4 0mm.The ultrasonographic coincidence rate was 92 5%(172/186).The coincidence rate of breast carcinoma was 91 3(124/135) Conclusion:Mastering different ultrasonographic features of breast lumps,especially observing border and inside echoes of ones,was the key to differentiate benign and malignant tumors更多还原
