【Abstract】 A LiTaO3 amplitude modulator is introduced. Its peak output power is -10dBm, and the modulated voltage pulse width is 10 ns, the repeated period is 1 kHz. The direct current biasing adopts techniques of digital accumulation, digital averaging, and dynamic balance control. At the condition of two stage series, the extinction ratio is more than 45 dB.更多还原
