【Abstract】 The formula for calculating the coupling ratio of 2×2 single mode fiber couplers is derived. The rational approximation of this formula is made according to the practical fabrication conditions. On this basis we analyze the effects of horizontal space d0 between the two tapered fiber and vertical space y between the two tapering bases on the coupling ratio of fiber couplers in practical fabrication.更多还原
