渐变型聚合物光纤研究进展
Research progress of graded index polymer optical fiber
【摘要】 介绍了渐变型聚合物光纤(GIPOF)制作方法的进展,以及界面凝胶法制备的GIPOF的热稳定性,全氟聚合物基GIPOF的最佳折射率分布及其色散性质,理论上全氟聚合物的损耗极限,差模衰减和模式耦合对GIPOF带宽的影响,最后介绍了一个综合各种影响因素的较完整的带宽预测模型。
【Abstract】 The progress of the fabrication methods for graded index polymer optical fiber (GI POF), the thermal stability of GI POF fabricated with different chemical structures of dopant, the optimum index profile and dispersion properties of perfluorinated polymerbased GI POF, the theoretical estimation of the lower attenuation limit of amorphous perfluoropolymer, the effect of differential mode attenuation and mode coupling on the bandwidth of GI POF, and the bandwidth prediction model which has taken various impacts into consideration are presented.
