【摘要】 目的 :用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)对苗药飞龙掌血中茴芹香豆素含量进行测定。方法 :采用HypersilC18柱为分析柱 ,以甲醇 水 (70∶30 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :其线性范围为 0 0 0 4 16～ 0 4 16 μg ,平均回收率为 99 6 5% ,相对标准差 (RSD) =1 4 6 %。结论 :本法简便、准确、重现性好 ,可用于飞龙掌血中茴芹香豆素的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the content of pimpinellin in Toddalia asiatica. Methods: Using Hypersil C 18 column and methanol-water (70∶30) as mobile phase, with the detection wavelength of 254 nm. Results: The linear range of pimpinellin was 0.004 16～0.416 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.65% with RDS of 1.46%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, with a good reproducibility, and can be used as a quantitative analysis method.更多还原
