【摘要】 目的 :探讨p2 7kipl、cyclinE蛋白及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的表达及临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组化法检测 70例NSCLC患者p2 7kipl、cyclinE蛋白及PCNA的表达。结果 :(1)p2 7kipl在NSCLC中阳性表达率为 4 7 14 % (33/ 70 ) ,显著低于癌旁正常支气管上皮的 92 0 % (2 3/ 2 5 ) ;cyclinE蛋白在NSCLC中阳性表达率为 37 14 % (2 6 / 70 ) ,显著高于癌旁正常支气管上皮的 12 0 % (3/ 2 5 ) ;PCNAⅢ～Ⅳ级在NSCLC中阳性表达率 4 1 4 3% (2 9/ 70 ) ,也显著高于正常支气管上皮 (0 % ) ;(2 )p2 7kipl阳性 ,cyclinE和PCNA低表达者生存期分别较p2 7kipl阴性 ,cyclinE和PCNA高表达者长 ,且与淋巴结转移呈负相关 ;(3)p2 7kipl与cyclinE和PCNA的表达呈负相关 ,cyclinE与PCNA的表达呈正相关。结论 :p2 7kipl低表达 ,cyclinE和PCNA高表达与NSCLC的发生、发展密切相关 ,可作为综合判断预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of p27 kipl,cyclinE and PCNA protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect expression of p27 kipl,cyclinE and PCNA in 70 cases of NSCLC.Results:(1)The expression of p27 kipl protein in NSCLC was markedly lower than in normal bronchial epithelium(NBE) at positive rate of 47.14% and 92.0%.CyclinE positive-expression rate in NSCLC was 37.14%,which was higher than that in NBE(12.0%). PCNA Ⅲ-Ⅳ expreession rate in NSCLC was 41.43%,which was higher than that in NBE (0%);(2)Patients with positive p27 kipl expression and low cyclinE and PCNA expression had a higher survival rate than those with negative p27 kipl expression and high cyclinE and PCNA expression.The higher expression of p27 kipl and the lower expression of cyclinE,PCNA were associated with lymph node metastasis;(3)Inverse correlation was found between the expression of p27 kipl and cyclinE and PCNA in NSCLC.Conclusion: The low expression of p27 kipl and high expression rates of cyclinE and PCNA are correlated with the development and prognosis of NSCLC.Aberrant expression of p27 kipl, cyclinE and PCNA in NSCLC may be taken as an effective parameter to evaluate and predict the future of NSCLC.更多还原
