【摘要】 目的 :建立本市健康成人静脉血血细胞各参数参考值 ,并比较有无性别、地区的差异。方法 :用美国雅培CD 170 0全自动 18项参数血细胞分析仪 ,检测居住本市的正常成人静脉血血细胞各参数。结果 :血小板 (PLT)值明显低于国内外报道 ,其它各项血细胞参数参考范围与国内外文献报道大致相同。经统计学U检验 ,在男性 (2 2 0 9人 )与女性 (1319人 )间血细胞各参数均有极显著性差异 (P <0 . 0 1)。其中红细胞参数男性高于女性 ,白细胞总数 (WBC)、中间细胞 (MID)、粒细胞 (GRAN)男性大于女性 ,而淋巴细胞(LYM)小于女性 ,血小板 (PLT)、血小板平均体积 (MPV)、血小板比积 (PCT)女性高于男性 ,而血小板分布宽度 (PDW)则女性略低于男性。结论 :部分血细胞参数存在性别、地区的差异。故有必要建立不同性别、不同地区的血细胞参考值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish parameters of vein blood cells of healthy adults in Guiyang and to fined out differences between sexes or among people from different regions. Methods: Using American Ya Pei CD 1 700 fully automatic 18 item parametric corpuscle analysis meter, testing all parameters of blood cells of normal adults in Guiyang. Results:(1)Platelet number was obviously below those reported from inside and outside of China, but all other blood cell parameters were nearly the same as reported. By the statistic analysis of U examination, there was a great difference (P<0.01) in all the blood cell parameters between males (2 209 men) and females (1 319 women). The counts of RBC, WBC, MID, and GRAN in males were higher than those in females; but parameters of LYM, PLT, MPV, and PCT in females were higher than those in males; For the parameter of PDW, it was a little less in females than in males; (2) Parts of blood cell parameters showed some difference amang people from different areas. Conclusion: It is necessary to set up a series of normal parameters of blood corpuscles for different regions and sexes.更多还原
