【摘要】 目的　探讨涤纶作业有害因素对工人神经行为的影响。方法　采用中文版计算机化神经行为测试评价系统 (NES C3 ) ,对 70名涤纶作业工人和年龄、文化程度与之匹配的 70名对照工人进行神经行为测试。结果　接触组在视觉保留、长度判断、目标追踪和注意力调转 4项测试项目中得分较低 ,在控制年龄、吸烟、饮酒和文化程度等因素对测试结果的影响后 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论　涤纶作业有害因素能影响职业工人的记忆力、注意力、警觉性和眼手协调能力更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate neurobehavioral effects of Dacron workers.Methods A computerized Neurobehavioral Evaluation System Chinese 3(NES C 3)was employed to 70 male Dacron workers as the exposure group and to 70 workers unexposed to any toxicants as the control group with age and education match.Ten sub tests were selected from the current version of the NES C 3,including symbol digit(SD),length discrimination(LD),switching attention(SA),visual retention(VR),continuous recognition memory(CRM),simple visual reaction time(SVRT),complex visual reaction time(CVRT),pursuing aiming(PA),continuous performance(CP)and mental arithmetic(MA).Results There were significant differences in VR(wrong number),LD(wrong number),PA(the total and correct number of perfomance)and SA between exposed and unexposed workers.Conclusions There are occupational adverse effects on Dacron workers memory,attention,vigilance and eye hand coordination ability.更多还原
