适用于高矿化度环境的含磷缓蚀阻垢剂

【摘要】 针对高矿化度油田采出水对管线的结垢和腐蚀问题,采用有机胺、环氧氯丙烷、亚磷酸为原料,合成了两类缓蚀阻垢剂,并利用静态挂片法和络合滴定法对合成的阻垢剂进行了性能优化评价试验,筛选出了具有较好阻垢性能的阻垢剂PEAN-5。在马来酸酐上接枝亚磷酸基团后的聚合产物(PPMA)的缓蚀性能大幅度提高。将以上两种合成产物按照m(PPMA) m(PEAN-5)=4 6进行复配(有效质量分数为50%),80℃条件下,在矿化度为67550mg/L现场水中加入20mg/L阻垢剂时,缓蚀率和阻垢率分别在85%和92%以上。

【Abstract】 Two phosphorcontaining scale and corrosion inhibitors have been prepared to solve the problem of scale formation and corrossion in the treatment of highly mineralized wastewater. A kind of scale inhibitor with good scale inhibiting performance, PEAN-5, is screened out through orthogonal design in the lab .Another with high corrosion inhibiting performance,PPMA, is prepared through the reaction of maleic anhydride with phosphorous acid. The composition of above products is shown to be effective in corrosion inhibiting and scale performance. The amount of Ca,Mg salts precipitated reduced by 94.5% and the rate of corrosion inhibiting by 92% with 20 mg/L of the composition in simulated water at 80 ℃,and by 92%,85% respectively in oilfield water.
