阳离子絮凝剂PDA用于印染废水处理的研究

【摘要】 报道了用阳离子絮凝剂PDA对一种活性和分散染料的混合印染废水处理的研究过程。结果表明,用阳离子絮凝剂PDA与无机絮凝剂PAC配合使用处理未经生化处理和经生化处理的印染废水,其CODCr去除率分别为31%和55%;色度分别从130倍和57倍降低到16倍;上清液透过率分别为89.4%和89.9%。其CODCr去除率、脱色率和上清液透过率均相同或超过其他作对比的阳离子絮凝剂。

【Abstract】 The treatment process of dyeing wastewater by using cationic flocculant PDA is reported. The results show that when cationic flocculant PDA is used with inorganic flocculant PAC to treat the dyeing wastewater that has been biochemically treated and that hasn’t been biochemically treated, the CODCr removal rate is 31% and 55% respectively; the chromaticity goes down to 16 times from as high as 130 times and 57 times respectively;and the permeable ratio of upper clean liquid are 89.4% and 89.9% respectively. By comparison,the results obtained by using PDA are as good as or superior to that by using other commercial cationic flocculants.
