硝基苯类制药废水的超声处理研究
Researches on the treatment of wastewater containing nitrobenzene by ultrasonic
【摘要】 用不同频率和强度的超声波以多种方式对模拟和实际硝基苯废水进行处理。结果表明:(1)功率在100W,时间为60s条件下,其硝基苯降解率可达80.9%;(2)加入适量的H2O2及少量的Fe2+,不仅可使COD去除率及硝基苯降解率分别提高到87%和92%,而且反应时间大大缩短,超声波强度也可减半,为此类废水的工程处理提供了高效、经济的方法。
【Abstract】 Wastewater containing nitrobenzene is treated by ultrasonic with different frequency and intersity in forms of simulation and reality. The results show that (1) When the power is 160 W, time is 60 s,the degradation of nitrobenzene reaches 80.9%;(2)After adding some H2O2 and Fe2+(H2O2 is 10 mmol/L;Fe2+ is 2 mmol/L),not only the removal of COD and the degradation of nitrobenzene reaches 87% and 92% respectively,but also the time of reaction can be reduced quickly. Thus the treatment of wastewater containing nitrobenzene by ultrasonic and H2O2 provides a highly efficient and economic method.
