W型蓄热式辐射管表面温度分布实验研究
Experimental Research on Surface Temperature Distribution of W-Shaped Radiant-Tube with Regenerative Combustor
【摘要】 对应用高温空气燃烧技术的W型蓄热式辐射管进行了实验研究,重点研究了辐射管沿长度方向温度分布的规律。实验结果表明,W型蓄热式辐射管不仅比使用常规燃烧器的辐射管在节能、环保和加热均匀性方面具有很大优势,而且比U型蓄热式辐射管更节能。
【Abstract】 Our research group applied high temperature air combustion technology on W-shaped radiant-tube,and designed a new regenerative radiant-tube combustor.Experimental research was done on surface temperature distribution of W-shaped radiant-tube with regenerative combustor.Data of experiment shows that W-shaped radiant-tube with regenerative combustor not only have better temperature distribution than radiant-tube with conventional combustor,but also can save more energy then U-shaped radiant-tube with regenerative combustor.
