【Abstract】 The basic working principle of integ ration that DGPS(the Difference Globe Position System)and SMS (Short Messag e System based on GSM system)and intellig ent instrument is introduced in this paper.With the riverway and the offing manag ement is an example,according to the system characters and basic prog ram-ming thoug ht,the desig n method and data communication protocol of the system is described.This system has being applied and full-scale popularized in the oilfield and navig ation mark manag ement of the riverway and the offing ,and working steadily and reliably at all times.更多还原
