一住宅楼严重倾斜的事故分析与处理

【摘要】 通过一住宅楼粉喷桩复合地基出现的事故引起上部结构的严重倾斜 ,从勘察、设计、施工、检测 4个方面分析原因 ;结合该房屋的纠偏加固实例 ,阐述了加固基础的设计、施工方法以及采用锚杆静压桩与水平掏土的纠偏方法 ,说明锚杆静压桩结合掏土纠偏是解决软土地区房屋不均匀沉降的行之有效的方法

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the investigation, design, construction and inspection of a residential building whose failure with cement soil pile composited foundation results in its upper structures serious inclination, and along with the case study of the buildings inclination rectification and reinforcement, this paper explains how to design and construct reinforced foundation and how to rectify inclination with static bolt pressing pile and level excavation of soil. The author suggests that a combined use of static bolt pressing pile and soil excavation is one of the most effective way to rectify inclination in soft soil areas where buildings may have nonuniform settlement.
