【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the investigation, design, construction and inspection of a residential building whose failure with cement soil pile composited foundation results in its upper structures serious inclination, and along with the case study of the buildings inclination rectification and reinforcement, this paper explains how to design and construct reinforced foundation and how to rectify inclination with static bolt pressing pile and level excavation of soil. The author suggests that a combined use of static bolt pressing pile and soil excavation is one of the most effective way to rectify inclination in soft soil areas where buildings may have nonuniform settlement.更多还原
