超高功率电弧炉的动态补偿与运行分析
The Dynamic Compensation and Operation Analysis for UHP EAF
【摘要】 超高功率炼钢电弧炉在工作时对电网会产生高次谐波、电压波动与电压闪变、三相不平衡、功率因数低等不利影响。结合电弧炉的动态补偿装置在运行中发生的问题,详细分析了TCR型SVC装置的基本原理和定容计算,以形成一个对电弧炉进行综合补偿的完整概念和防护方法。
【Abstract】 The ultra high power EAF will produces higher harmonic,voltage fluctuation,flicker ,three phases power unbalance and decreases the power factor(cos φ)under normal operation.Main construction,basic principle and capacity calculation of TCR type SVC device were detail analysed in coridination with that the compensation device of EAF already produced problem on practical operation.Therefore,total compensation complete concept and protection method for EAF were established.
