【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the principalagent among the firms in supply chain caused by the information asymmetry with principalagent model. The paper defined the mathematical model of principalagent in supply chain from the perspective of manufacturer and formed methods to avoid the moral hazard and adverse selection problem.
