“震害预测系统”在德令哈6.6级地震应急救灾决策中发挥功效
SEISMIC HAZARD FORECAST SYSTEM"PLAYED AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN DELINGHA Ms6.6 EARTHQUAKE DISASTER RELIEF COUNTERMEASURES
【摘要】 简要介绍了"海西州震害信息管理系统"的研建原理和功能,2003年4月17日德令哈6 6级地震时,"系统"在地方政府应急救灾决策方面发挥了显著功效。
【Abstract】 It is briefly introduced the principle and function of "earthquake hazard information management system in Haixi prefecture",and this system is played an important role in the earthquake disaster relief countermeasures when Delingha earthquake with Ms6.6 occurred on Apr.17,2003.
