【Abstract】 The effects of detergent on roots growth, cell division and chlorophyll content are studied. The results show that the roots growth of Vicia faba will be restrained in different concentrations of detergent. Mitosis of root tip cell decreased, but micronuclei increased. The effect of detergent depended on the concentration and duration time of detergent breeding. The content of chlorophyll decreased.更多还原
