【摘要】 目的 :研究龙眼参提取物对 KB/ MIT细胞及 MCF- 7/ ADR细胞株的耐药逆转作用。方法 :设计 4个不同浓度的龙眼参提取物组 ,采用 MTT方法 ,测定体外培养的阿霉素敏感株 MCF- 7及其耐药株 MCF- 7/ ADR以及米托蒽醌敏感株 KB及其耐药株 KB/ MIT的 IC50 。结果 :MCF- 7/ ADR耐药株及 KB/ MIT耐药株在龙眼参提取物与阿霉素或米托蒽醌的联合用药中其IC50 值分别接近于单独用药于敏感株 MCF- 7和 KB的水平 ,而与单独用药于耐药株其 IC50 有显著性差异。结论 :龙眼参提取物可以逆转 MCF- 7/ ADR和 KB/ MIT的耐药性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the reversal effect of the extract from longyanshen(EL)on the resistance of human cancer cells MCF 7/ADR and KB/MIT in vitro.Methods:The IC 50 of adriamycin MCF 7 and its resistant line MCF 7/ADR,and IC 50 of mitoxantrone (MIT) on KB and its resistant line KB/MIT were anterminated.Result:IC 50 value of adriamycin or mitoxantrone,in combination on,MCF 7/ADR or KB/MIT was found to be close in the presence of Comgyan shen to that of adriamycin or mitoxantrone alone.On the sensitive cell line MCF 7 or KB,which has singnifieant differences,conpared with the resistant cell line.Conclusion:The drug resistance of MCF 7/ADR or KB/MIT can be reversed by EL.更多还原
