【摘要】 目的 :建立广西巴马长寿乡壮族长寿老人永生细胞库。方法 :使用 EB病毒转化外周血 B淋巴细胞方法。结果 :建立了长寿者外周血细胞转化永生细胞株的方法 ,转化成功率 77.4 %。建立了 65株长寿老人、直系亲属永生细胞株及长寿老人资料库和完整的细胞株档案。结论 :广西巴马长寿乡壮族长寿老人永生细胞库的建立为永久保存细胞系及后续研究提供了必要的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a cell storage of immortal longevity cell lines from centenarians,nonagenarians living in Zhuang nationality in longevity villages in Bama, Guangxi.Method:The research was conducted by way of peripheral B lymphocytes transformed by Epstain Barr Virus. Result:We used the method to obtain immortal longevity cell lines from peripheral B lymphocytes transformed by Epstain Barr Virus at the success rate of 77 4 %,65 lines of immortal longevity cell lines from the centenarians and nonagenarians were obtained successfully. We also got relative information data about these peoples and entire data for the cell storage.Conclusion:Establishing the cell storage of immortal longevity cell lines from centenarians,nonagenarians living in Zhuang nationality in longevity villages in Bama,Guangxi.Our work will provide the necessary basis for the permanent preservation of these cell lines as well as successive studies.更多还原
