添加Co2O3对微波低介电常数陶瓷机械品质因数的影响
EFFECTS OF Co2O3 ON THE MECHANICAL QUALITY FACTOR OF MICROWAVE CERAMICS WITH LOW-PERMITTIVITY
【摘要】 研究了添加不同质量分数的Co2O3对Mg2TiO4-Mg2SiO4基微波低介瓷料微观结构及介电性能的影响,通过XRD,SEM分析,发现Co2O3在瓷料中起助溶作用,有效降低了瓷料的烧结温度,使瓷体致密化,同时降低了损耗即提高了机械品质因数Q。加入的Co2O3分解生成的Co2+置换主晶相Mg2TiO4中的Mg2+形成了固溶体(Mg,Co)2TiO4。当添加质量分数为2.4%的Co2O3时获得介电性能较好的瓷料。
【Abstract】 Effect of adding Co2O3 in different mass fraction on microstructure and dielectric properties of Mg2TiO4- Mg2 SiO4 microwave ceramics with low-permittivity was studied. Action of Co2O3 additive in the sintering of the ceramics is as flux according to the results of XRD and SEM, resulted in the decrease of the sintering temperature and densification of the ceramics, and decreasing the dielectric loss and improving the quality factor Q. Mg2+ is replaced partially by Co2+ in Mg2TiO4 to form (Mg,Co)2TiO4. It is found that the ceramics with 2. 4% Co2O3 in mass possesses better dielectric properties.
