低温燃烧合成钛酸钡及其陶瓷介电性能研究

【摘要】 低温燃烧合成钛酸钡粉体的工艺是一种能够直接在低温合成四方相纳米钛酸钡粉的方法。在硝酸盐和柠檬酸体系中 ,以推进剂化学为理论依据 ,实验得出各反应物间的最佳摩尔配比 ,考察了前驱体溶液pH值等对反应过程和最终产物的影响。应用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜等对粉体的结构、形貌进行了分析。结果表明 :在约 2 5 0℃点火燃烧合成生成晶粒度在 5 0nm以下无杂质相的四方相钛酸钡粉。同时对纯钛酸钡陶瓷的介电性质进行了研究 ,结果得到高介电常数的BaTiO3陶瓷 ,其Curie温度为 12 9.32℃ ,峰值为 10 870。

【Abstract】 Nano-particle tetragonal barium titanate were directly prepared by low-temperature combustion synthesis process (LCS). According to thermo-chemical calculations of propellant chemistry theory, the optimum molar ration of reactants was obtained in the system of Ba(NO 3) 2TiO(NO 3) 2citric acidNH 4NO 3. The influences of the precursor solution pH value on the reaction process and the properties of the final product were extensively investigated. With the aids of XRD, SEM and TEM, the crystal structure and morphology were analyzed. The dielectric properties of BaTiO 3 ceramics were researched. The results show that the tetragonal BaTiO 3 without any other phase is produced by igniting at 250 ℃ with the particle size less than 50 nm. The sintered disc has maximum dielectric constant value of 10 870 at Curie temperature around 129.32 ℃.
