铁基触媒合成金刚石形成的金属包膜的组织结构

【摘要】 利用SEM ,TEM和Raman光谱检测手段 ,研究了铁基触媒合成金刚石形成的金属包膜的组织结构。结果表明 :包膜与合成后触媒的组织形貌不完全相同 ,包膜内无金刚石 ,在靠近金刚石的包膜内层没有石墨和无定型碳。据此并结合包膜所起的溶碳和催化作用分析 ,在高温高压下 ,金刚石成核和生长的碳来源于靠近金刚石的包膜层 (Fe,Ni) 3C的分解产物 ,分解后的 (Fe,Ni) 3C转变为γ -(Fe,Ni) ,这时的γ -(Fe ,Ni)与未分解的 (Fe,Ni) 3C保持晶面平行关系

【Abstract】 The microstructure of metallic film surrounding diamond synthesized with the catalyst of Fe-Ni-C system is investigated by means of SEM, TEM and Raman. The results show that there is a slight difference between the film and solvent metal in microstructures; there is no diamond found in the film, nor graphite and amorphous carbon in the surface layer of the film near as grown diamond. Based on the results and effects of the film, dissolving carbon and catalyzing, it can be illustrated that carbon for forming and growing of diamond comes from the atom groups decomposed from (Fe,Ni) 3C phase in the film near diamond at high temperature and high pressure. Decomposed (Fe,Ni) 3C is transformed into γ -(Fe,Ni), meanwhile there is a parallel plane relationship between residual (Fe,Ni) 3C and γ -(Fe,Ni).
