磁化水配料对TiO2压敏陶瓷电性能和微观结构的影响

【摘要】 研究了使用磁化水配料对TiO2 压敏陶瓷电性能和微观结构的影响。电性能测量及SEM和XRD微观结构分析结果表明 :磁化水配料制备的TiO2 压敏电阻具有较低的压敏电压和较高的非线性指数α。材料的主晶相为金红石相 ,由Ce ,Si,Ti组成的Perrierite第二相均匀分布在晶界区域。因此 ,采用磁化水配料可以改善材料的工艺性能和陶瓷烧结体的微观结构 ,从而提高元件的电性能

【Abstract】 The influence of magnetized water on the microstructure and electrical properties of TiO2 varistor ceramics was investigated with the aids of SEM, XRD and electrical property measurement. It is found that lower varistor voltage and higher nonlinear coefficient α can be achieved for TiO2 varistor ceramic by using magnetized water. The XRD and SEM results show that the main crystal phase is rutile TiO2, which is surrounded by the second phase Perrierite composed of Ce, Si and Ti in the grain boundary region. It is proposed that the processing property and microstructure of TiO2 varistor ceramics can be improved by using magnetized water resulting in improving the electrical properties of the ceramics.
