聚氧乙烯-改性蒙脱石复合材料电性能的研究
STUDY ON THE ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF PEO-MODIFIED MONTMORILLONITE COMPOSITES
【摘要】 用离子交换法对蒙脱石进行有机及无机改性制备了 3种改性蒙脱石。采用溶液浇铸法分别对 3种改性蒙脱石与聚氧乙烯、LiClO4进行复合制备了聚合物电解质膜。用X射线衍射对改性前后的蒙脱石及部分电解质膜进行了结构表征。采用交流阻抗法对复合型电解质膜的离子电导率进行了测试。结果表明 :一定量的改性蒙脱石可以使 (PEO) 1 6 LiClO4的离子电导率提高几倍到几十倍。改性蒙脱石对基体离子电导率提高程度的不同取决于改性蒙脱石的含量和结构
【Abstract】 Three kinds of modified montmorillonites were prepared by ion exchanging method. Composite polymer electrolytes were prepared with solvent casting technique to form complex modified montmorillonites with LiClO4 and PEO(polyethylene oxide). The structure of modified montmorillonite and composite electrolyte films was characterized by Xray diffraction. The ionic conductivities were measured by AC impedance analysis. The results indicate that the addition of a certain amount of montmorillonite enhances the ionic conductivity of (PEO) 16LiClO4 electrolyte by several times and even more. The difference in enhancement of conductivity can be attributed to the difference in structure and concentration of modified montmorillonite in the samples characterized by wideangle Xray diffraction.
